OVERVIEW
The role seeks a vibrant and self-driven individual with a passion for education and nation building through inclusive learning. The individual will report to the Operations Lead, and help in managing vendor and creation relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in managing vendors and creator’s engagement, providing detailed and timely reporting on key tasks.
- Develop and manage project tracking documents and escalations of critical issues around delivery.
- Collaborate with technical team on content readiness against delivery, deployment and distribution across multiple channels.
- Manage and Report to Operations lead on performance of offline content distributors.
- Post-event and project reporting for learning and program improvement
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
- A Bachelor’s degree/HND in any discipline
- Experience using Microsoft Excel for analytics, reporting & visualisation.
- Must be able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent project management and operational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Has the right attitude; natural team player
